حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَحْسَبُهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ شَهْرَانِ لَا يَنْقُصَانِ شَهْرَا عِيدِ رَمَضَانَ وَذِي الْحِجَّةِ.
English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha', from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Bakra, from his father, who said — I think it is from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him — he said: "Two months do not fall short: the two festival months, Ramadan and Dhu al-Hijja."
