حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ.
English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us: 'Abd al-Malik b. 'Umayr informed us, from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Bakra, from his father, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The judge is not to pass judgment between two parties while he is angry."
