English Translation
Waki' and Abu 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, both saying: 'Uyayna narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Bakra, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever kills a person under covenant without proper cause, God has forbidden Paradise to him." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: "kunhihi" means "rightful cause."
