حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا.
English Translation
Isma'il and Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, they said: Said told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not separated."
