حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَن قَتَادَةَ وَحُمَيْدٍ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِالْجِوَارِ.
English Translation
Affan told us: Hammad told us, from Qatadah and Humayd, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The neighbor has the greater right regarding the adjoining property."
