حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِالْجِوَارِ أَوْ بِالدَّارِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman told us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: The neighbor has the greater right to the neighboring property, or to the house.
