حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ تَوَضَّأَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَبِهَا وَنِعْمَتْ وَمَنْ اغْتَسَلَ فَالْغُسْلُ أَفْضَلُ.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman told us, Hammam told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever performs ablution on Friday, that suffices and is good, and whoever takes a full bath, the full bath is better.
