حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Wahhab al-Khaffaf told us, Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The neighbor of a house has the greater right to it (of pre-emption).
