حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَعْتَدِلَ فِي الْجُلُوسِ وَأَنْ لَا نَسْتَوْفِزَ.
English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Sa'id ibn Bashir narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samura, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to sit in a balanced posture and not to sit tensely poised as if about to rise.
