English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Sa'id narrated to us, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, from Samura, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) - and he was uncertain about it in the Book of Sales, saying "from Uqba or Samura" - that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whichever woman is given in marriage by two guardians belongs to the first of them, and whoever sells something to two men, it belongs to the first of them."
