حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَعَامَةَ الْعَدَوِىُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا السَّوَّارِ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْحَيَاءُ خَيْرٌ كُلُّهُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
English Translation
Abdullah told us, my father told me, Rawh told us, Abu Na'amah al-Adawi told us, who said: I heard Abu as-Sawwar relating from Imran ibn Husayn, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Modesty is entirely good," and he related the report.
