English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from Qatadah, who said: I heard Zurarah ibn Awfa relating from Imran ibn Husayn, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the noon prayer, and a man began reciting behind him "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High." When he finished, he said: "Which of you recited?" or "Which of you is the reciter?" A man said: "I did." He said: "I thought that one of you was disputing it with me."
