English Translation
Ismail narrated to us, Khalid al-Hadhdha narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, from Imran ibn Husayn, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) gave the greeting of peace after three units of prayer. A man called al-Khirbaq, whose arms were unusually long, stood up and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, did you forget or was it shortened?' So the Prophet (peace be upon him) went back, prayed the remaining unit, then gave the greeting, then performed two prostrations of forgetfulness, then gave the greeting again.
