حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الشَّرِيدِ يَقُولُ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ فَقَالَ هَذَا أَبْغَضُ الرُّقَادِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
English Translation
Rawh narrated to us: Zakariyya narrated to us: Ibrahim b. Maysara narrated to us that he heard Amr b. al-Sharid say: It has reached us that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, passed by a man who was sleeping face-down, and he said: "This is the sleeping position most hated by Allah, Mighty and Majestic."
