حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ الْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ أخْبَرَهُ قَالَ وَثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الطَّبَّاعِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ نُفِسَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِلَيَالٍ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ حَلَلْتِ فَانْكِحِي.
English Translation
Rawh told us, he said: Malik ibn Anas told us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, that al-Miswar ibn Makhramah informed him - he said, and Ishaq, meaning Ibn al-Tabba', also told us, he said: Malik informed me, from Hisham, from his father, from al-Miswar ibn Makhramah, that Subay'ah al-Aslamiyyah gave birth a few nights after the death of her husband, so the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to her, "You have become lawful for marriage, so marry."
