حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ وَيَزِيدُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ يَزِيدُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَضَعُ أَنْفَهُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِذَا سَجَدَ مَعَ جَبْهَتِهِ.
English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-Hajjaj and Yazid told us, from al-Hajjaj, from Abd al-Jabbar ibn Wa'il, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was - and Yazid said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) place his nose on the ground along with his forehead when he prostrated.
