English Translation
Waki' told us: Aban ibn 'Abdullah al-Bajali told us: My uncles told me, from their grandfather Sakhr ibn 'Aylah, that a group from Banu Sulaym fled from their land when Islam came, and I took it over; then they accepted Islam and disputed with me over it before the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he returned it to them, saying: When a man accepts Islam, he has more right to his land and his property.
