حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقْرَأُ { لَا أُقْسِمُ بِالْخُنَّسِ الْجَوَارِ الْكُنَّسِ }.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah told us, from al-Hajjaj al-Muharibi, from Abu al-Aswad, from 'Amr ibn Hurayth, who said: I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and I heard him recite I swear by the retreating stars, the planets that run their course and hide.
