حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَن أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَن الْبَرَاءِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَضَعُ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ وَيَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ.
English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf told us: Sufyan told us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara', that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to place his right hand under his cheek when he went to sleep and say: O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You raise up Your servants.
