حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ وَالْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ يَقُولَانِ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الذَّهَبِ بِالْوَرِقِ دَيْنًا.
English Translation
Yahya told us, from Shu'bah: Habib told me, from Abu al-Minhal, who said: I heard Zayd ibn Arqam and al-Bara' ibn Azib say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade selling gold for silver on credit.
