حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَأَى رَجُلًا خَارِجًا صَدْرُهُ مِنْ الصَّفِّ فَقَالَ اسْتَوُوا وَلَا تَخْتَلِفُوا فَتَخْتَلِفَ قُلُوبُكُمْ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, from Sufyan, from Simak, from al-Nu'man b. Bashir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, led us in prayer and saw a man with his chest protruding from the row, so he said: "Stand evenly, and do not differ, lest your hearts differ."
