حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقِيمُ الصُّفُوفَ كَمَا تُقَامُ الرِّمَاحُ أَوْ الْقِدَاحُ.
English Translation
Abu Mu'awiya told us: Mis'ar told us, from Simak b. Harb, from al-Nu'man b. Bashir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to straighten the rows just as spears or arrows are straightened.
