حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ حَكِيمٍ الْأَثْرَمِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ حِمَارٍ الْمُجَاشِعِيُّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعَلِّمَكُمْ مَا جَهِلْتُمْ مِمَّا عَلَّمَنِي يَوْمِي هَذَا قَالَ وَإِنَّ كُلَّ مَالٍ نَحَلْتُهُ عِبَادِي فَهُوَ لَهُمْ حَلَالٌ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
English Translation
Rawh narrated to us: Awf narrated to us, from Hakim al-Athram, from al-Hasan, who said: Mutarrif ibn Abdullah narrated to me: Iyad ibn Himar al-Mujashi'i narrated to me, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said in a sermon he delivered: Indeed Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has commanded me to teach you what you did not know of what He taught me this day of mine. He said: And every wealth I have granted to My servants is lawful for them - and he mentioned the hadith.
