حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَّامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالَ ثُمَّ تَلَا شَيْئًا مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ وَقَالَ هُشَيْمٌ مَرَّةً آيًا مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً.
English Translation
Hushaym narrated to us: Dawud ibn 'Amr informed us: Abu Sallam narrated to us, who said: One who saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, narrated to me that he urinated, then recited something from the Qur'an — Hushaym once said: verses from the Qur'an — before touching water.
