English Translation
Affan told us, Hammad told us, from Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Hafs ibn Abdullah, from Ya'la ibn Murrah, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with a trace of saffron on me. He said, 'Wash it, then wash it, then wash it, then do not do it again.' He said: So I washed it and never did it again.
