حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَيَعْلَي قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاحٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ الْوَاسِطِيَّ عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلَامِ الْمَرْءِ قِلَّةَ الْكَلَامِ فِيمَا لَا يَعْنِيهِ.
English Translation
Husayn ibn Ali reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Among the excellence of a person's Islam is leaving what does not concern him.'
