حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ يُوَفَّى بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Hamid ibn Ja'far, who said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib told me, from Marthad ibn 'Abdullah al-Yazani, from 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The conditions most deserving to be fulfilled are those by which you make [sexual relations] lawful."
