حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بُشَيْرُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي حَارِثَةَ أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ وَسَهْلَ بْنَ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلَّا أَصْحَابَ الْعَرَايَا فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ أَذِنَ لَهُمْ.
English Translation
Abu Usama narrated to us: al-Walid b. Kathir narrated to us: Bushayr b. Yasar, the freedman of Banu Haritha, narrated to us, that Rafi' b. Khadij and Sahl b. Abi Hathma narrated to him that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade muzabana, exchanging fresh dates for dried dates, except for the owners of araya, for he had permitted it for them.
