حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ حَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ وَلَدَ غَيْرِهِ وَلَا يَقَعُ عَلَى أَمَةٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ أَوْ يَبِينَ حَمْلُهَا.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Ishaq told us, saying: Ibn Lahi'ah and Qutaybah ibn Sa'id informed us — Qutaybah said: Ibn Lahi'ah told us — from al-Harith ibn Yazid, from Hanash al-San'ani, from Ruwayfi' ibn Thabit, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said — and Qutaybah said "to a man" — "It is not lawful for anyone to water his seed in the child of another, nor to have intercourse with a slave-woman until she menstruates or her pregnancy becomes clear."
