قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَيَّارٌ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَسْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِجَدِّهِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَسَدٍ أَحِبَّ لِلنَّاسِ مَا تُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِكَ.
English Translation
'Abdullah said: Abu Ma'mar narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, he said: Sayyar informed us, from Khalid ibn 'Abdullah al-Qasri, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to his grandfather Yazid ibn Asad: "Love for people what you love for yourself."
