قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُصَيْفَةَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ كُنْتُ أُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ صَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ وَلَا بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ قَطُّ.
English Translation
He said: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Zuhayr - and Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, who said: Zuhayr ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Khusayfah, from Salamah ibn al-Akwa', who said: I used to travel with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and I never once saw him pray after the afternoon prayer or after the dawn prayer.
