قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ سَمِعَ عَبَّادَ بْنَ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ فَجَعَلَ يَقُولُ هَكَذَا يَدْلُكُ.
English Translation
He said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Habib ibn Zayd, who heard 'Abbad ibn Tamim, from his uncle 'Abdullah ibn Zayd, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed ablution and began saying, "Like this, rub [the limbs]."
