قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنَّاسِ يَسْتَسْقِي فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَجَهَرَ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فِيهَا وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ وَدَعَا وَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ.
English Translation
He said: Abd al-Razzaq told us: Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Abbad ibn Tamim, from his uncle, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, went out with the people to pray for rain, and led them in two rak'as, reciting aloud in them, and turned his cloak around, and supplicated, and faced the qibla.
