قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الْكَلَامِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ.
English Translation
He said: Waki' told us: al-A'mash told us, from Abu Salih, from one of the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "The best speech is: Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is greatest."
