حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنِ الْأَغَرِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ آخَرَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ تَوَضَّئُوا مِمَّا غَيَّرَتْ النَّارُ و قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ فَقَالَ وَثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad told us: Shu'ba told us: Abu Bakr ibn Hafs told us, from al-Aghar, from another man, from Abu Huraira, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Perform ablution from what fire has changed." And Abu Bakr, meaning Ibn Hafs, said: al-Zuhri told us, from Ibn Abi Talha, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, similarly. He said: and Shu'ba told us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Huraira, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, similarly.
