حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ وَعَظَهُمْ فِي النِّسَاءِ وَقَالَ عَلَامَ يَضْرِبُ أَحَدُكُمْ امْرَأَتَهُ ضَرْبَ الْعَبْدِ ثُمَّ يُضَاجِعُهَا مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ.
English Translation
Sufyan ibn Uyayna told us, from Hisham, from his father, from Abdullah ibn Zam'a: that he admonished them concerning women, and said: 'Why does one of you strike his wife with the striking of a slave, and then lie with her at the end of the night?'
