حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي قُرَادٍ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجًّا فَرَأَيْتُهُ خَرَجَ مِنْ الْخَلَاءِ فَاتَّبَعْتُهُ بِالْإِدَاوَةِ أَوْ الْقَدَحِ فَجَلَسْتُ لَهُ بِالطَّرِيقِ وَكَانَ إِذَا أَتَى حَاجَتَهُ أَبْعَدَ.
English Translation
Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Qurad said: 'I went out with the Prophet (peace be upon him) on Hajj and saw him come out of the privy. I followed him with a water container or a cup and sat waiting for him on the road. He used to go far when he needed to relieve himself.'
