حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا زَبَّانُ عَنْ سَهْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ نَبَتَ لَهُ غَرْسٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَمَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَأَكْمَلَهُ وَعَمِلَ بِمَا فِيهِ أَلْبَسَ وَالِدَاهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ تَاجًا هُوَ أَحْسَنُ مِنْ ضَوْءِ الشَّمْسِ فِي بُيُوتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ الدُّنْيَا لَوْ كَانَتْ فِيهِ فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ بِالَّذِي عَمِلَ بِهِ.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever says Glory be to Allah the Almighty, a tree will be planted for him in Paradise. And whoever recites the Quran and completes it and acts upon what is in it, his parents will be crowned on the Day of Resurrection with a crown more beautiful than the light of the sun in the houses of this world, were it to be in them. So what do you think of the one who acts upon it?'
