حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا مُحِقَ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from Salih Abu al-Khalil, from Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Hakim ibn Hizam, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not separated; if the two are truthful and make things clear, they will be blessed in their sale, but if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their sale will be erased."
