English Translation
Surayj told us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad told us, from Amr ibn Abi Amr - a trustworthy man from Banu Salamah informed me - from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "The meat of game is lawful for the one in the state of ihram, so long as he does not hunt it himself, or have it hunted for him."
