أَنْبَأَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ أَخِيهِ مُزَارَعَةٌ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا فَلْيَعْرِضْهَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا بِالثَّمَنِ.
English Translation
Yazid ibn Harun informed us, al-Hajjaj ibn Artat told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has a share-cropping arrangement with his brother and wants to sell it, let him offer it to his partner, for he has more right to it for the price.
