English Translation
'Abd al-A'la ibn 'Abd al-A'la told us, from Burd, from 'Ata', from Jabir, who said: We used to go on military expeditions with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and we would obtain some of the vessels and waterskins of the polytheists and make use of them, and no blame was placed upon us for it.
