English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: Abu Humayd al-Ansari came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with a bowl containing milk, carrying it uncovered. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him, "Would that you had covered it, even with a stick placed across it."
