حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَهِيكٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَتَغَنَّ بِالْقُرْآنِ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ يَعْنِي يَسْتَغْنِي بِهِ.
English Translation
Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'He is not one of us who does not recite the Quran melodiously.' Waki' said: 'It means to feel self-sufficient through it (the Quran).'
