حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِيمَا سَقَتْ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ الْعُشْرُ وَفِيمَا سَقَتْ السَّانِيَةُ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ.
English Translation
Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "On what the sky waters and the springs, a tenth is due; and on what is watered by irrigation, half a tenth."
