حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ أَكَلْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقَدِيدَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ قَدِيدِ الْأَضْحَى.
English Translation
Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us, Husayn ibn Waqid informed us, from Abu al-Zubayr, that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah say: We ate dried meat with the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, in Medina, from the dried meat of the Sacrifice.
