English Translation
Hashim ibn al-Qasim told us, Isra'il told us, from Jabir, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, he said: A young man from Banu Salimah came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: "I saw a rabbit and threw a stone at it, and I did not have an iron blade to slaughter it with, so I slaughtered it with a sharp stone." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Eat."
