English Translation
Hashim and Hasan ibn Musa told us, they said: Zuhayr told us — Hashim said in his narration: Abu al-Zubayr told us, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever has a partner in a piece of property or in palm trees, he may not sell his share until he informs his partner. If he is pleased, he may take it, and if he dislikes it, he may leave it."
