حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَهُوَ فِي رَحْلٍ لَهُ لَبَّيْكَ لَا عَيْشَ إِلَّا عَيْشَ الْآخِرَهْ فَاغْفِرْ لِلْأَنْصَارِ وَالْمُهَاجِرَهْ تَوَاضُعًا فِي رَحْلِهِ.
English Translation
Abdullah ibn al-Walid told us: Sufyan told us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said while he was on a mount of his: Here I am - there is no life but the life of the Hereafter, so forgive the Ansar and the Emigrants - out of humility while on his mount.
