حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَلِيَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الْمُهَاجِرُونَ وَالْأَنْصَارُ لِيَحْفَظُوا عَنْهُ.
English Translation
Ibn Abi Adi told us, from Humayd, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, loved to have the Emigrants and the Ansar close to him in prayer, so that they might memorize from him.
